I’m often asked why I became an audiologist, and would I do it all over again? Yes! I would!
I love seeing the joy on my patients’ faces when they tell me about hearing their loved one’s voice again.
I love seeing their smiles when they tell me they heard their grandchildren laugh, or listened to a bird song or their favorite song!
With that being said, I cannot thank my patients enough for the love they bring to my team and me.
We are still here serving you, thanks to your love and support. Our team is stronger than ever before and looks forward to showing you all our love of all things ears & hearing in the years to come!

The Ultimate Gift for Somebody That You Love
One of our biggest frustrations is that everybody regularly tests their eyes, has their teeth checked, and regularly tests their cholesterol – yet hardly any of us regularly test our hearing.
If you know somebody in your life that may be experiencing hearing challenges, then make sure you use your experience wisely and give them the ultimate gift – an introduction to us.
Since it’s the month of “LOVE,” – anybody that is a friend of yours is a friend of ours, and they’ll receive a complimentary consultation during February. Or if they’re an existing hearing aid wearer and purchased their devices elsewhere, then we would “love” to offer them a complimentary clean & check.
Just be sure to have them mention you when they schedule their appointment.
With love being in the air and your hearing health never being more important – we’ve combined the two to create our very own “love poem” for you…
February is a month where giving love is a celebrated time.
That’s why we’ve written you this short yet hearing-related rhyme.
Because the world right now is full of craziness and fears,
Yet no matter what happens, our focus remains your ears.
But know that we’ll always be here for you, whatever you need.
Dr. Emily McMahan and the team made a promise that we’ll never concede.
Because when you first visited us, a promise was made.
And we hope up to now, that we’ve been up to grade.
So, call us if you need any help at all.
No matter what it is, however big or small.
And if you’re feeling “thank you” and want to do something worthwhile,
Then there are two things you can do to make our whole team smile.
Although our poetry skills are far from the best,
By working with you, we feel incredibly blessed.
Behind the Office Door
Our audiology resident Maytal and her husband welcomed the birth of their daughter in January! We’re excited to see our team expanding with tiny fingers & toes!
Maytal is enjoying new motherhood and will be rejoining us after her maternity leave.
Tinnitus Awareness Month
With over 50 million Americans suffering from tinnitus, it is estimated to affect nearly 15% of the general public.
Tinnitus manifests itself differently in each individual, and each person may experience a different sensation, such as ringing in the ears or buzzing.
Above all, the condition for everyone is persistent, and there is no cure. If you suffer from tinnitus, you’ve probably become more aware of it after reading this (sorry)!
This month is Tinnitus Awareness Month, and that’s why we aim to spread awareness on the condition, highlighting the options available and tackling it face on.
Unfortunately, as a result of the pandemic, many people are feeling more stressed, and we know that this contributes toward making tinnitus more prevalent.
Using this knowledge, our experts have carefully practiced advanced procedures that aim to reduce its severity, helping individuals have miraculous breakthroughs!
You can read more about tinnitus here.
Furthermore, if you have any concerns about tinnitus or you have a loved one with tinnitus challenges, then please get in touch, so we can help you move forward.
