Ashley Oliver, Business Manager

Professional Bio:

Ashley Oliver is the Business Manager for Alaska Hearing & Tinnitus Center. He believes in the customer experience with full transparency and honesty. His job duties include creating protocol and procedures to enhance the customer experience, while also ensuring our insurance billing team (outsourced) is processing insurance claims, workers compensation claims and accident claims. He, also, handles accounts receivable/payable, minor bookkeeping, contracts, benefits inquiries, special events, office inventory, employee relations and onboarding.

After spending over a decade in customer relations, at Wells Fargo, US Bank, Aetna, and Delta Airlines, Ashley has learned how to perfect the ultimate customer experience. And it’s quite simple! Ashley has always been passionate about people and their experiences. He uses that passion to help our patients at Alaska Hearing & Tinnitus Center.

Ashley went to the University of Cincinnati and studied Sociology. He also completed many training courses such as the Miller Heiman Consultant Training, Banker Compliance training, FAA and special securities training. These training certifications have provided him with vast knowledge of the importance of security, compliance, gathering details, support, and service. One of our greatest adventures has been Alaska Hearing & Tinnitus Center.

We are constantly training and developing content to create the hearing care center in Alaska. Healthcare is constantly evolving. Just for Fun:

Ashley enjoys being an active community member. He has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Childhood Literacy programs, Healthy hearing screenings for children, building/filling garden boxes with my Rotary club, Mabel T. Caverly for Seniors, and many other organizations. He likes to put his time and energy into serving others.

“I have always been passionate about non-profit work and providing those organizations with ideas, donations, and help in whatever capacity. I love sports, especially Baseball!”

Ashley is married to Dr. Emily, with whom he shares a daughter and three dogs. Bentley, the dogtor, is one of them! Ashley likes fishing, sports, dad jokes, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and making memorable experiences.
