Curbside Appointments

Providing 5-Star Hearing Care from the Comfort of Your Vehicle

No matter what happens in the world, patients remain the center of ours. That’s why, in early 2020, the decision was made to introduce a unique Curbside service for all existing patients.

This allows you to receive low-contact support and help from the comfort of your own vehicle, ensuring that your convenience and safety is our number one priority.

Our patients commonly use our curbside appointments for:

• Emergency Visits
• Seasonal Cleaning and Maintenance
• Annual Hearing Assessments
• Hearing Assessments for New Patients

You simply drive up, remain in your car, and our team comes out to you in order to provide the assistance you need.

How Do Curbside Appointments
Work?

Just like an in-office appointment, we kindly ask you to schedule in advance so that we can be prepared for you.

At the agreed time, you drive to the designated area in our parking lot and give us a call or beep your horn. We’ll be right out to take care of your needs while you remain comfortable in your vehicle.

We will then be able to either collect your hearing devices for cleanings or repairs, or help you with any challenges that you may be facing.
