Exciting News — We’re Moving to a New Space This Fall!

08/04/2025 | News, Patient Resources

At Alaska Hearing & Tinnitus Center, your comfort and wellness have always been our top priority. Over the years, as our patient community has grown, your comments and feedback have been considered; many of you have shared the importance of having spacious, convenient, and accessible care facilities.

With this in mind, we’ve been on the lookout for the perfect space that reflects our dedication to providing the highest standard of care.

After careful research and planning, we are thrilled to announce that we have finally found a larger and better location!

This move isn’t just about a change of address – it’s a step toward enhancing your experience and the quality of care you’ll receive. You’ll benefit from our same gold-standard care and an environment that feels welcoming and comfortable, tailored to your hearing health needs.

The New Location

We are delighted to report that we have officially secured our new office space, which is planned for opening in Fall 2025, with the move estimated to happen in September. This location is more than double the size of our current office, providing ample room for our expanding services and patient comfort!

What makes this transition even more convenient for you is its close proximity to our current location – it’s just across the road from our current spot! Alongside abundant parking facilities, the modern and elegant building aims to make each visit a truly pleasant experience.

What This Means for You

You will enjoy a more spacious and modern clinic environment without compromising on the level of care you have come to expect and trust. We’re also excited to tell you about more parking spaces outside, including more handicap spots, and an elevator to our clinic for those who need it.

And while you wait (or after your appointment for a little treat), there’s a convenient coffee shop nearby for all sorts of goodies. Trust us, it’s a great spot!

While the environment will change, the dedication and care from our expert audiologists will remain constant. Whether it’s routine checks, hearing aid fittings, or managing tinnitus, your hearing health will continue to be our topmost priority.

We’ll be in a new spot, but one thing that will remain constant is our dedication to your hearing health and making sure you’re satisfied.

Timeline & Communication

Our anticipated move is scheduled for Fall 2025, subject to the completion of construction and fit-out processes. Rest assured that as the date approaches, you will be provided with all the necessary details, ensuring you have the latest information at your fingertips.

Your services will continue smoothly, and your team is the same, here to answer any questions or concerns you might have about the move. Your health and hearing will remain uninterrupted during this transition, as we aim to make this change as seamless as possible.

Stay Tuned for Updates

We are incredibly excited about this new chapter and the improvements it will bring to your hearing healthcare journey. We encourage you to stay tuned to our communications for the latest updates about the move.

Meanwhile, our appointment scheduling, both in-person and remote, will function as usual, so you can rest assured that no matter what you need, we’re here to help.

Thank you for being a part of our community and for trusting us with your hearing health. Our mission at Alaska Hearing & Tinnitus Center is to help you hear the life you love, and we look forward to serving you even better in our new, improved space.
